In terms of know-how, our accountants have the required skills to work effectively and in compliance with GAAP. We ensure this by reviewing the work our staff members and fostering continuing professional improvement through training and external learning. 

Experience

All of our accountants have at least 3 years of experience in varying accounting roles. We value the combination of skills and experience as it allows our employees to approach problems from various perspectives.

Essential Bookkeeping Services

  • Recording Transactions: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and other financial activities.
  • Account Reconciliations: Ensure that company records align with bank / credit card statements and other documents to avoid discrepancies.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments to vendors, and collections from customers.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Profitability Analysis: Evaluate company's ability to generate profits relative to its revenue, assets, or other financial metrics.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create budgets and financial forecasts to guide business decisions. 
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash inflows and outflows to maintain financial stability. 
  • Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs associated with operations and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Sales Tax Returns ($25 per state / month): Filing of sales tax return to respective state.
  • 1099s ($15 per vendor): Year-end electronic reporting to IRS of 1099 vendor payments.

All our accountants have a minimum of three years experience in accounting / bookkeeping and a degree in accounting or bookkeeping certification.

Are your services only offered remotely?

Yes, so far we have not had any issues or limitations with providing remote-only services. 

Do you work with non-profits?

Absolutely! Our non-profit clients consist of religious, educational, and charitable organizations. 

How does your billing work?

For monthly services, we bill the first month up-front. Subsequently, every 30 days. For project-based work we bill upon completion. 

Am I locked into a contract?

No, we provide a service agreement that is intended to ensure both parties understand our fees and scope of the project. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH, debit / credit card (fees apply), Apple / Google Pay, and Cash App.
